This Telemedicine Privacy Policy applies to the telemedicine services and website (the “Telemedicine Services”) provided by Virtual Injury Care, PLLC (“Virtual Injury Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This policy covers individually identifiable health information, also known as “Protected Health Information” or “PHI,” that you provide when receiving medical care via our Telemedicine Services. 7. ARIZONA TELEMEDICINE LAWS

Virtual Injury Care complies with Arizona Revised Statutes § 36-3602 and related regulations governing telehealth. We ensure that:

  • All patient-provider communications are conducted through secure, encrypted platforms.
  • Arizona patients receive the same standard of care via telemedicine as they would in person.
  • Patients are informed of their rights regarding telehealth services before treatment.

8. MINORS

We do not knowingly allow individuals under 18 to create accounts or receive care without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.


9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. The revised policy will be posted with an updated “Effective Date.”
