How It Works: From Incident to Care
At Virtual Injury Care, we make it easy for personal injury patients to get the care they need quickly and efficiently. After your incident—whether it’s a car accident, slip and fall, or another type of injury— CALL 911 FIRST, then simply contact us or have your attorney refer you to our services. Within 48-72 hours, you’ll have a telemedicine appointment with one of our licensed medical professionals, who will evaluate your injuries and establish care.
If medication is required, our provider will discuss treatment options with you and send a prescription to your local pharmacy and any necessary imaging orders. We also will send any referrals for Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Pain Management, Neurology or any necessary referral for further treatment for you.
Our case managers are also available to help coordinate any necessary follow-up care and ensure you stay on track with your recovery. From the initial evaluation to receiving medication, we prioritize your health and make the process seamless, all from the comfort of your home.
