Do you take insurance?
No we do not. In order to provide the care you need quickly, we do not accept insurance. But, we can provide you with a super bill to provide to your insurance to hopefully count towards your deductible. If you are a personal injury patient, your attorney will be able to explain how medical fees are covered.
How do I get my meds?
We work with national pharmacies that will ship to your front door with in 24-48 hrs. The price includes the shipping fees. If you’d like the medications sent to your local pharmacy, you will be responsible for the cost of the medication.
Do you prescribe controlled substances (opioids)?
NO. We do not provide controlled substances such as opioids or lyrica. This is to ensure safety because we are unable to provide necessary drug screening services. We can provide you a referral to local pain management clinic if you wish.
How do I get my orders (X-Ray, MRI, etc)?
You can get them through your patient portal or we can email them to you.
Do you provide referrals?
We will provide you with a referral to any local doctor you would like to see. This will help get the process of treatment started and avoid unnecessary delays in your care. Referrals are available from your portal or we can email them.
Do you provide DME (Knee Braces, Back Brace, etc)
Yes we do. We will send the order to our national supplier, who will check your insurance coverage and then send the brace to your house. If you don’t have insurance, they have cash options as well and we can discuss during your visit.
How long do the visits take?
New patient visits take about 20 minutes and follow ups are about 15 minutes. But, we spend as much time as you need to feel comfortable with the treatment and plan moving forward.
How effective is Telemedicine for injuries?
We aim to provide top quality care on your schedule. We know some injuries and pain are best treated with procedures such as injections in person, but it is also important to establish care as soon as possible to start the process of receiving care.
